Centred double decrease is usually the same as S2KP. It's a two stitch decrease with out a lean.

Insert right hand needle into two stitches as if to knit 2 together, slip these stitches without knitting, knit the next stitch, using your left hand needle pass the two slipped stitches over the knit stitch.
