Knit through back loop is a twisted variation of the knit stitch.

Insert the right hand needle into a stitch with the needle pointing left and away from you, wrap the yarn around the right hand needle and pull it through sliding the worked stitch off the left hand needle leaving the new stitch on the right hand needle.
