Right twist is a type of cabled stitch made with two stitches. This stitch results in a stitch that is puffier with a right side lean.

To make this stitch knit the second stitch keeping it on the left hand needle, then knit the first stitch and slide both of them off the left hand needle leaving the new stitches on the right hand needle. Alternatively, knit two stitches together keeping them on the left hand needle, then knit the first stitch and slide both stitches off the left hand needle leaving the new stitches on the right hand needle. The results look the same.
