Slip 3 stitches, knit these 3 stitches together. This is a double left-leaning decrease. This stitch lays flat and is a counterpart to knit 3 together.

Slip 3 stitches individually knitwise onto the right hand needle, insert the left hand needle into all three stitches from left to right through the front loops so that the right hand needle is at the back with the tip pointing left and away from you, wrap the yarn around the right hand needle and pull through all 3 stitches sliding them off the needle leaving the new stitch on the right hand needle.
